Sankranti & Republic Day Celebrations 2017

As we all look forward to the beginning of the New Year 2017, Vidyaranya Kannada Kuta Executive Committee invites you all to participate in the “Suggiya Sadagara” program to be held on Saturday, January 28th, 2017 starting at 3:00 PM @ HTGC Sama Ra-thi auditorium, Lemont.
VKK cultural committee has planned the following program for the event and look forward to your participation.

December 2017. The cultural committee will review and communicate to the participants on their final decision
by 15th December 2017.
1. (Creative/Humorous advertisement competition)
Kids and adults create their own advertisement in Kannada on any product and present it.
1) Maximum of one minute per participant
2) The advertisement can be submitted as a video clip or performed live.
3) There will be two categories.
       Kids Age Group: 5 years to 14 years
       Adults: 15 and above

2. Program from members
Inviting group cultural programs from everyone on the theme “Suggiya Sadagara” or “Gana Rajyothsava”.
       Time: 5-10 mins/program
        Each group must have a minimum of 5 participants
We request the participants to follow the guidelines mentioned below:
1. Please note that the entries are accepted on a First Come First Served Basis
2. All the programs should be in Kannada
3. No participant can be in more than one program
4. Songs and Dance should not exceed 5 minutes
5. Closing date for submitting the form is December 11th, 2017
6. Applicants will be informed of the final decision by December 15th, 2017
7. Cultural Committee decision will be final
