Description
For the past several years NATA (North American Telugu Association) has been
playing a vital role in encouraging the youth talent in Music. As
part of that, in 2016, NATA conducted NATA IDOL Regional competitions in
10 cities and semi-finals and finals during the NATA Convention in
Dallas, TX. The purpose of NATA IDOL is to encourage the youth to learn the
Telugu Music, ignite the passion within them and bring them on to the
stage to develop the courage to perform. Top two winners of the NATA
IDOL 2016 had an opportunity to sing in Telugu Movies. Other singers who
advanced to higher levels in NATA IDOL got an opportunity to sing in various
albums on their own.
