By registering at Voice of Bay Area, you agree that

1) You are 16 or above on March 21, 2015
2) The judges the decisions are final and binding. Javanika is not reponsible whatsoever for results agreed upon by judges. You agree that you will accept the judges decison and will not hold Javanika responsible for any of decisions.
3) Javanika reserves right to reject any contestants' entry.
4) You will be making travel arrangements to come to venues decided by Javanika, if you are selected to go to next level. Javanika will not be responsible for any cost associated with travel for this contest "Voice of Bay Area 2015"
5) You will be reaching the venues on scheduled time as well as will be available for reherseals with music band.
6) This contest is not a raffle contest, the results of the contest are solely based on singing talent display. 
7) Javanika may sign up wit sponsors and that may lead to be part of being marketing campaigns. You agree to be part of this marketing campaigns at no cost to Javanika.
8) Javanika will have undisputed right to play the song submitted by you, for marketing purposes. There will be no cost or charges associated if Javanika decides to play the song on media or public place.
9) You have medical insurance that covers you. In case there is any medical emergency your will have complete coverage for your health and Javanika will not be responsible for any cost associated with medical / health situations.
