-- The person in whose name the ticket is issued must also be present at the door with valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the ticket/s.

-- A printout of e-Ticket and order receipt issued by eventmozo.com should be produced at the venue.

-- In case of event being cancelled/postponed eventmozo.com will refund only the face value of the ticket and NOT the service fee.

-- Any failure to provide e-Ticket, proper identification OR payment receipt printout may result in the denial of admission without any refund.
