ZSpace Below Theatre

Located in the heart of San Francisco?s vibrant and historic Mission District, Z Space is an unconventional and unique 13,000 square foot venue with the flexibility to suit a variety of event needs. In addition to theater and dance productions, we?ve hosted weddings, staff retreats, holiday parties, pingpong tournaments, and more. Originally constructed as a tooling factory for the American Can Company (and still under the watchful eye of its original 10ton Cyclops Crane), Z Space has been converted into one of the most vibrant and dynamic arts centers in San Francisco, featuring a flexible 244seat prosceniumstyle stage, a lobby equipped with a full bar, and a separate downstairs 85seat black box theater.
