San Francisco Halloween 2025

San Francisco becomes a city of costumes, music and parties at the end of October every year. At the center of it all is Crawloween, the Halloween Pub Crawl produced by CrawlSF. Widely recognized as the largest Halloween party in the Bay Area and the largest Halloween Pub Crawl in the United States, Crawloween is a tradition that transforms the city into one of the country’s liveliest Halloween destinations.

In 2024, more than 16,000 people joined the crawl. In 2025, organizers expect an even bigger turnout, with thousands of participants filling the bars and streets of neighborhoods like The Mission, The Marina, Russian Hill, Nob Hill, and Polk Gulch. Over the course of four days (Friday, October 24, Saturday, October 25, Friday, October 31 & Saturday, November 1) participants can head to over 40 bars for drink specials and Halloween fun.

The Four-Day Pass

For those who want to experience the full scale of the event, the Crawloween 4-Day Pass is the way to go. With one ticket, guests receive access to all four days of the crawl. That means four opportunities to join the crowd, four nights of drink specials and dancing and four unique experiences as different neighborhoods and venues show off their Halloween spirit.

Individual tickets are also available for each date, but the pass provides entry to everything, without needing to decide in advance which day to attend.

The Experience

What makes Crawloween stand out is that this thing is huge. Thousands of people in costumes move together through the city, creating a Halloween unlike anywhere else in the Bay Area. From the moment you check in at a designated starting location, you’re part of a roaming festival that shifts from block to block, bar to bar, neighborhood to neighborhood.

The crawl is as much about the people as it is about the places. Expect Superheroes and witches, ghosts and movie characters, elaborate group costumes and last-minute creations. It’s a chance to step into a crowd where everyone is in on the fun.
