Description
‘Every Wednesday the observation deck will be turned into the highest painting studio in Chicago.
Few spots will be available and secured on the floor - Each artist will have a private spot to work on one of Chicago views 1,000 feet up (spots cannot be reversed – first come – first served)
Registrations for the event are mandatory as place is limited – material is not furnished participant will provide his own painting material, easel and canvas.’
