About Us
The hospital was started with the divine blessings of His Holiness Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahasannidhanam Sri Shankara Cancer Hospital & Research Centre is a joint venture of Sri Shankara Cancer Foundation and Sri Sringeri Sharada Peetham Charitable Trust of Sringeri. The hospital is located in the heart of Bangalore city, in the serene environment of the Sringeri Mutt in Shankarapuram, Bangalore. The land for the project was given with blessings by the Jagadguru Sri Sri Sri Bharathi Theertha Mahaswamiji, the Shankaracharya of Sringeri.
