Lalit Kalayatan

Lalit Kalayatan is a performing arts academy. It is the realized dream of Uttara Bhave, founder and director of Nrityanaad Kathak Academy in Northern Virginia. After helping establish Nrityanaad as a premiere training academy for Kathak, Uttaraji decided to expand the horizons of Nrityanaad and envisioned Lalit Kalayatan ? which means ?Abode of Performing Arts? ? to include many other art forms. Lalit Kalayatan now offers training programs in Bollywood fusion dancing, acting, Indian and Western rhythm instruments.
