India House

India House Houston is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization (Fed Tax ID: 050577825) located in Houston, TX. Our facilities serve a unique purpose for the community by connecting them. Over the last 40 years, the IndoAmerican community has seen incredible growth within the city of Houston. Today, the IndoAmerican community stands at 140,000. At present there are at least three generations of IndoAmericans living in Houston. It was their collective dream to build a community center to cater to the cultural needs of the community, and India House was conceptualized. With growing population, changing trends coupled with economical diversity, the scope of the project widened to include many services and programs.
