Prashant Damle plays a different than usual role in this Natak.  Prashant Damle is performing as a "father and a family man" who is a bit adament and loves "rules and regulations".  Hence attendees will surely see him in a different light in this Natak. The main theme of the play highlights the complex relationship between a father and a daughter in the backdrop of a typical Marathi middle-class family.  The play also talks about diabetes, which is also a common problem/topic of discussion in most families in India.

Shri. Prashant Damle needs no introduction as everyone who has watched Marathi Movies and Nataks know how he has dominated the film industry.

Prashant Damle is an Indian actor and comedian. He has worked for 29 years in the Marathi film industry. He has acted in 37 Marathi films and 24 Marathi serials. He made his debut with the film Anandi Anand in 1987. His other films include Eena Meena Deeka (1989), Baap Re Baap (1990), Khulyacha Bazar (1992), Sawaat Majhi Ladki (1993), Chal Gammat Karu (1994), Tu tith me (2000) and Welcome Zindagi (2015). He has been awarded with various prestigious awards, which also include 3 Limca Book Records.

People who have watched famous Marathi TV serial "Amhi Saare Khavaye" (????? ???? ??????) know definitely about Prashant Damle and now Sankarshan Karhade has been also leading this show. Sankarshan Karhade is also leading this great drama along with Rucha Apte. Rucha Apte is also a well know actress of famous Marathi TV serial "Dil Dosti Duniyadari" as Supriya and another TV serial "Bun Maska" (Curently running) as Dalan.
